• All Onda vehicles are built to order. We do not keep regular inventory on hand. Once your order is placed and confirmed, production begins according to your selected model and specifications.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other irregularities.

3. Payment Terms
Full payment or a confirmed deposit is required to begin production of your Onda vehicle. Pricing includes taxes and import fees unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees are calculated separately based on your location.

4. Custom Colors & Options
Onda offers a curated selection of signature colors and the option to request a custom color finish for an additional fee. Custom pricing varies depending on materials and production requirements.

5. Delivery & Registration

• Vehicles are delivered to your specified location once production and inspection are complete.

• Delivery times may vary based on manufacturing schedules and logistics.

• The buyer is responsible for registering the vehicle and obtaining any required local permits or documentation.

6. No Returns or Exchanges
All Onda vehicles are custom-built to order, and therefore all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

7. Warranty & Maintenance

• Each Onda vehicle includes a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

• Routine maintenance and care are the owner’s responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Onda EV website—including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs—is owned or licensed by Onda EV and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
Onda EV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your vehicle.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised version will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
